Keystone Opportunity Zones

Keystone Opportunity Zones and Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zones (KOZ, KOEZ) are tax incentive programs created in Pennsylvania to offer greatly reduced or reduced or no tax burdens for businesses locating within these established zones. Some of the tax burden reductions and waivers are listed below.

In Union County, 50 acres of Great Stream Commons business and industrial park in Allenwood have been designated as KOZ through 2017, another 255 acres have been designated as KOEZ through 2020, and another 46 acres through 2022.

For more information on PA's KOZ and KOEZ programs, please see the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development website.
