Overview

Maintenance personnel are often thought of as light bulb changers and floor sweepers. In today's high-tech world, nothing could be further from the truth. Not only must maintenance personnel have a solid background in mechanical and electrical fundamentals but must possess knowledge in the areas of computers, software and energy efficiency.
